Your first camping ever. if you like that kinda thing. basically we just made food in a fire. but the point is, you were there.

I was like 6 months pregnant.

Dear Lydia,
We just found out that it worked. We got pregnant. We wished hard and it happened. We didn't know if you were a girl or a boy yet and we could never dream how loving and sweet you would be. But we knew you were coming and we were so so very happy. So we went to La Calle to celebrate and man was it good. We had crab linguini and daddy will be talking about it for years. We told our waitress we were celebrating you. So she gave us a firework cupcake. This was kinda your very first party. Almost a birthday party.
